New Trustees and Constitution for WCM UK at AGM

WCM UK will be voting on a new constitution for the charity and electing new Trustees at its Annual General Meeting on 25 June at 8:15pm.

The meeting agenda includes a report and accounts for 2017, and vote on a new constitution, which finalises the change of name of the charity to ‘Workplace Chaplaincy Mission UK’.

The new constitution is available here. The existing constitution (from 2006) is available here

People seeking election as new Trustees are Matthew Reed (Methodist Chaplaincy Development Officer) and Fiona Stewart-Darling (Canary Wharf Chaplaincy). Trustees seeking re-election are: Peter Sellick (Churches and Industry Group Birmingham-Solihull), Dick Johnson (Faith at Work Worcestershire), Phillip Jones (Stoke on Trent), Olwen Smith (Chaplaincy for Banbury) and Angela Overton-Benge (Cumbria).

Since this is a re-scheduled AGM, if there is not the required quorum, then the AGM can proceed with the actual number of members present.
