Membership Checkout – Workplace Chaplaincy Mission

I confirm that I am a resident of the UK and my chaplaincy activities take place solely within the UK.

I confirm that my chaplaincy activities are strictly for adults, and I do not provide routine chaplaincy services to children or young people under the age of 18.

I confirm that I offer pastoral, emotional, and spiritual support, and I do not provide clinical services, specialised counselling, or mental health support above the level of Mental Health First Aid (such as professional psychotherapy or psychiatry).

I confirm I do not provide residential facilities or care services to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

I confirm I have had no insurance claims in the last 3 years, nor have I ever been refused insurance or had a policy cancelled by an insurer.

I confirm I have no criminal convictions (excluding spent convictions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act).

I confirm I do not organise, lead, or host events where the total attendance exceeds 500 people.

I understand and agree that this is a recurring annual subscription. Payment will be taken automatically each year unless I cancel my membership before the renewal date.
